Chris H. and Alvin came tonight, not only did they work much past their scheduled daily time, they were so efficient and thorough.
My furnace is now so clean and running efficiently now.
As we have an older furnace, Chris took the time to show me the parts of how to change the filter, and maintain it going forward as its not a simple procedure.
I am thankful for such professionalism on a cold, long day from these two gentleman.
Chris was knowledgeable and Alvin, although new, was a pleasure to deal with as well.
