Complete Carpentery

This builder does build a very solid foundation for a home but falls very short on plans, design and finishing. He puts quite a bit of money in the basic structure but doesn't supply proper plans and only sometimes follows the ones that he does supply. He only uses the very minimum for finishing. When he built our home it was in his busiest season and consequently some of the work was done by non-skilled workers which caused some inferior workmanship. Our stairway is not parallel to the walls and he neglected to put the wall in the correct place to supply us with a two-piece bathroom resulting in only a toilet in the room. The driveway was poured before the ground settled and is now hollow underneath. There are and were many other problems some of which have been fixed and some not. Possibly if he had not been so busy, more care would have been taken.
