SecurTek took over monitoring and service from Bolt Security here in the Greater Edmonton Area.
Our rear door looks to have shifted somewhat over the previous winter with us getting alarm trips from that sensor in the last couple of months.
Every time SecurTek monitoring called about the alarm going off we asked to have a service call to see if the sensors were too far apart on that door. We asked _SIX_ times with no callback from the service people.
When the service people finally called they indicated that they did not have a service ticket in their system up to that call (after the Nth time the alarm went off).
We have a number of clients that use Telsco. They are more expensive, but as a result of our experience working with our client's Telsco alarm management we are switching our business alarm systems to them.
