Had a very slow leak on my flat roof. Called a few companies that all wanted to replace my roof. The guys at Roof Repairs identified the issue and fixed it right away - no issue with the roof itself.

I spoke with Kim at Roof Repairs regarding a leak around our gas fireplace. Steve came the next day, quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to show me with pictures and layman speak exactly what was going on and how to fix it, which went a long way to relieving my stress around the issue.

Price was fantastic, and the service was unbeatable- would give more stars if I could, and will happily recommend them to anyone who will listen!

Damaged roof due to raccoons which resulted in missing shingles and subsequent leaking into main floor of house. Roof Repairs.Ca responded within minutes of our request for quote through Home Stars and in less than 24 hours roof was repaired. Called to schedule a quote. Brad arrived as per the scheduled time. He provided his honest opinion of the state of my roof. We determined that the chimney needed a new cap and a vent needed repair. He indicated in his professional opinion that the roof didn't need replacement for another couple of years. Talking to him was easy and unintimidating, he provided great customer service by explaining the process and the issues with the roof. Our scheduled repairman came and installed a new vent, but missed the chimney work. Upon contacting Kim, this was immediately rectified the following day. Overall, my experience with RoofRepairs was pleasant and professional. Would definitely contact Brad and Kim for future work. 10/10 because we're all human, mistakes can be made, but there was no difficulty or inappropriate questioning when the issue of the missed work was brought up. Proper follow up investigation occurred and Brad and Kim rectified the issue immediately.

Brad and his team had fully replaced our roof last year after extensive damage resulting from a wind storm. Brad came highly recommended to us by friends and family who have had roofing work done by him. We found Brad to be very detail oriented, professional, pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. His staff were also very hardworking and polite; they were able to complete the job in a timely manner and the quality of their finished work was excellent. We have not had any issues with our roof since the replacement. A few days ago, we had contacted Roof Repairs regarding moisture damage that was occurring within our bedroom walls that we thought might have been caused by water from our roof. Kim at Roof Repairs returned our call in a timely manner and Brad and an assistant came shortly after to do a thorough inspection of our roof, eavestrough, bedroom walls, windows and attic. Brad determined that it was not a roofing issue and provided valuable advice on how to proceed with resolving the issue. Brad went above and beyond what was expected to ensure that all of our questions were answered thoroughly and he did not charge us for the visit, despite spending over an hour of his and his assistant's time. We have been recommending Roof Repairs to all of our family and friends and will continue to do so.

Brad came out and explained all the problems he saw and what his team would do to make it right. With a 10 year warranty and his assurance that I would not be calling him back, I immediately felt at ease and knew I could trust him. I was really impressed with Brad's professionalism, honesty, patience and abundance of knowledge. The team who completed the repair were skilled 1st class professionals working with utmost attention to details. His team worked very well together and it was nice to see Brad guide them along the way. Some unexpected problems surfaced in the demolition.....floors around the fence posts were rotted, which Brad pointed out and fixed. We had animal damage to our roof. We called a few places for quotes and only a couple actually responded. We decided to go with RoofRepairs.ca and we are glad we did. They were fast and had great communication. They utilize an app that informs you of the time when they will arrive, when they have completed, and allow you to pay quickly and easily.

The team who completed the multiple repairs were friendly and quick. They also took many pictures ( both the before and after) and took time to go through each one to show what they had done.

My wife and I completed a two-storey addition on our home and the roof started leaking almost immediately. Turns out that our general contractor failed to properly install the skylights, soffits and vent pipes, creating a number of different leaks in the roof.
