Brad and his team had fully replaced our roof last year after extensive damage resulting from a wind storm. Brad came highly recommended to us by friends and family who have had roofing work done by him. We found Brad to be very detail oriented, professional, pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. His staff were also very hardworking and polite; they were able to complete the job in a timely manner and the quality of their finished work was excellent. We have not had any issues with our roof since the replacement. A few days ago, we had contacted Roof Repairs regarding moisture damage that was occurring within our bedroom walls that we thought might have been caused by water from our roof. Kim at Roof Repairs returned our call in a timely manner and Brad and an assistant came shortly after to do a thorough inspection of our roof, eavestrough, bedroom walls, windows and attic. Brad determined that it was not a roofing issue and provided valuable advice on how to proceed with resolving the issue. Brad went above and beyond what was expected to ensure that all of our questions were answered thoroughly and he did not charge us for the visit, despite spending over an hour of his and his assistant's time. We are extremely pleased with the custom sliding drawers that Dan installed for our kitchen. We've had them for a few weeks now and have not encountered any issues with them. They are beautifully constructed and have provided us with significantly more usable space within our cabinets. Dan built and installed them in a timely manner and provided helpful advice on the spacing and configuration of the drawers. We found Alex to be very professional and honest when working with him on building a front porch enclosure for our house. The end product exceeded all our expectations. Our installer, Jim, was very pleasant and did a fantastic job with assembling the enclosure. After the enclosure was completed, we contacted Alex to resolve some minor issues with the caulking. I found Dimitar through the HomeStars website and decided to call him after reading through the positive reviews. Dimitar quickly provided me a fair quote and even went out of his way to schedule a late appointment in the day after his regular hours. He arrived early to my house and waited patiently for me to arrive after work. I found Dimitar to be friendly, courteous and professional while interacting with him. He also helped us to refasten one of the front door knobs and checked the fitments of all our doors. I would highly recommend Dimitar and will be contacting him again for any future lock work.
