These guys were fantastic yesterday. I had an aluminium window sill that was sloped into the house and collecting water, and an eavestrough spot up on the roof that was spilling water over the side.

Rob came out a couple of days ago, assessed the problems and layed out what was needed in plain English. A bonus for me because I'm not handy.

Quote was reasonable and because it was a smaller job, they were able to get it done almost right away. The finished work was beautiful. They fixed the grade problem on my window sill and installed a brand new custom aluminium piece for it. We are water tight now for sure.

Proper flashing up on the eavestrough was built and installed. I have complete confidence that we have fixed our issues.

On New Years day, my tenant called to let me know that water was dripping from the bathroom ceiling. Yikes! After leaving several messages with various roofing companies, the first to get back to me the following day, was roofrepairs.ca. Kim, in customer service, was incredibly helpful and understanding and Brad, the roofer came out to inspect the roof and vents that day! Both the bath fan and the kitchen fan were venting into the attic, resulting in condensation. Brad properly installed the bath and kitchen vents with insulated flex line and roof dampers. He also installed two more attic vents for better circulation. The work was completed two days later, unfortunately for Brad, in the bitter cold.
I cannot say enough about this company. All my questions were answered promptly. A detailed invoice with pictures was provided. Pricing is very reasonable. Both Brad and Kim are very knowledgeable and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again. Highly recommended!

I recently purchased a new home with an older roof and wanted a professional opinion on it's condition and possible 'life'. Responding to an emergency call, Brad found and figured out how to deal with the source of a water leak that ruined a closet and it's contents and threatened the dining-room below. And all without any added mess or headache. Phew!

Our house had many years of water damage on our brick front porch. I was unsure how the problem could be solved. When you wake up one morning and see shingles littering your back lawn, you get a bit nervous. After calling a couple of roofers, most turned me down, either citing that a repair was too small a job or that they were so backlogged with other work they couldn't possibly come out to investigate the issue. When I telephoned RoofRepairs.ca, Kim, the office assistant, was incredible!
