Brad did such an excellent job with fixing a pesky leak in my roof. I'd hired another company to fix it previously, but they did not do a good job at all and the leak persisted. Brad's work was very professional looking, and the leak is finally gone! He also fixed an area on the roof that was allowing a squirrel to get in. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He even took before and after pictures so I could see how everything had been done.

I would definitely recommend RoofRepairs.ca to anyone who needs their roof fixed properly and professionally.

That major storm in July revealed a leak in one of our vents. The
drywall on the ceiling around the vent was wet. I called a handful
of roofing companies but they did not even have
the decency to return my call. I read great reviews on Homestars about ROOFREPAIRS.CA so I decided to give them
a call. I was not disappointed. They returned my call and explained
everything to me. We made an appointment for August 8 at 4:30.
As I was walking up the street I saw the truck around 5:00 and there was Brad and James working on my roof. I was so happy and had a good feeling about the call I made to them. Brad took before and after photos of the problem areas and explained everything to my wife and I. He also gave us helpful tips about how to paint over the water stain in bathroom where the vent leaked. Brad is also a very
honest and easy going guy to speak to. I would also like to put in a good word for his assistant/secretary Kim. She was so nice and helpful too. I would highly recommend Brad and his company for any roof problems. I made the right decision!!

Brad really came through for us in replacing our roof. Very fast, clean, organized and they did an excellent job. Our new roof looks awesome and I would highly recommend their services.

Brad really knows his roofs! Brad came the same day that I called and spent nearly an hour inspecting not only the leak but our entire roof. He fixed the leak and took pictures of other potential problems that may come up in the future but did not need immediate attention. He explained everything very thoroughly and we appreciated his honesty. Will definitely call Brad again if the need arises and will be recommending him to our friends and family.

I HIRED A CONTRACTOR TO REPAIR A CHIMNEY, WHILE THEY WERE REPAIRING THE CHIMNEY THEY INFORMED ME THAT THE ROOF NEEDED TO BE REPAIR FIRST AND THEY RECOMMAND TO CALL ROOFREPAIR.SO BRAD CAME VERY QUICKLY AND PRICED THE JOB OUT AND I WAS IMPRESSED THAT HE WAS ABLE TO DO THE JOB RIGHT AWAY, AFTER THE CHIMNEY WAS FINISHED BRAD CAME THE NEXT DAY TO FINISH THE SEALING AROUND THE CHIMNEY TO THE ROOF. BRAD WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PROMP. I WISH I NEW ABOUT ROOF REPAIRS WHEN I NEEDED MY ROOF DONE ON MY OLD HOUSE.

After returning from our vacation, we discovered that the windstorm blew off a couple of shingles from the top of our roof. It was Sunday so I was hoping to get someone to fix it in the next couple of days. Called Brad and he came and fixed it on the same day. Could not be faster! I was very impressed!. The price was also reasonable.
2 days later another storm blew off a shingle from different place. He came and fixed it at no charge!.
He also inspected the whole roof and showed us a picture of a crack we had in our skylight, which we did not know about.

I would definetely recommend him for someone who is looking for honest, fast and reliable service.

We live in a 4 storey townhouse (newer complex) that many roofing companies wouldnt dare come to look at because of the size, despite many weeks of me trying to find someone after we noticed a small leak on the side wall of our closet on our top floor. Just when I was ready to give up, by chance, we saw Brad working on another unit one day and asked him for his help. As he was already set up with the other unit, he quickly went right over to our roof, took pictures and came to see where our leak was. Within minutes he was back on the roof and sealed up a part of our firewall which was porely constructed by our builder and also noticed another hole in a vent which he sealed. He then also inspected the front of our house at no additional set up cost and said if we were to continue to have problems to just call him and he would be back to inspect. Since then we have had some very rainy days and everything remains dry as it should. Thankfully we caught him before the winter really sets in. Brad is knowledgable, friendly, and fairly priced. I would recommend his services to any other owner in our unit.

Having discovered a raccoon had eaten through one of our pipe flashing and with rain in the forecast, we needed a repair done immediately, or we would be looking at damage to the kitchen ceiling.

We did some research for roof repair companies, and called Brad from Roofrepair.ca, as he had some excellent reviews online. It was a Saturday, and a long weekend, and much to our surprise, he answered directly, and was able to come out that morning. Brad did a great job, removing the old damaged flashing, and clearing and cleaning the area and inspecting it thoroughly before putting the new flashing in place.

He also did a quick check around the area for any other damage, and none was found. Brad did mention that there were a few loose bricks on the chimney as well, and we should keep an eye on them over the winter. Nice added touch of advice which we appreciated.

Great job, with excellent timing and the cost was reasonable and as quoted.
