I'm a landlord of a house in Toronto but live half way across the world. When my tenant emailed to say there was a HOLE in the roof, I panicked! I went with RoofRepairs.ca because of the positive reviews and I wasn't disappointed. Brad was responsive and prompt, and I immediately felt at ease and that I could trust him. He literally had the repair done the next day, knowing it would rain. He sent pictures of before and after. I would definitely call Brad again if anything comes up!
