Got a dining table, love seat 2chairs, carpet and a TV with full warranty in late November of 2019, the sales person was good in up-selling the warranty program….
Shortly after I called to report the table side was pealing, it was less than a month old with another issue with the bench chair, they replaced the table but forgot the bench, shortly after I called again to report the bench was not rectified but they were closed due Covid, finally got in touch with customers service and they said report it to the warranty company, at the same time I also reported that my love seat seat is also broken, after about 3 month later the warranty company sent someone to look at the live seat and he said it’s to do with the form of the seat and it’s a manufacturer issue not a Warrenty issue, called back Leon’s spoke to customer service “Rebbeca” the manager, now they tell me the manufacturer Warrenty is expired, I understand all these but this was reported to them before it was 3 month old….I have tried to reach out to the store manager, HO and no one seems to care, I normally replace all furniture in the house probably btw 5-7 years, would I confided going back with this kind of service “probably not”
