Modern Purair Fraser Valley

My dryer stopped drying clothes properly about a week ago. I would have to run the load through 3-4 full dry cycles before things were dry, so it was obvious that my vents were clogged. I found Modern Purair through a Google search and called on Wednesday to find out the cost of a cleaning. The girl who answered my call was very helpful and friendly. She said there was an appointment available on Friday afternoon, with a 1-hour window. Most places won't give anything less than a 2-4 hour window for arrival. About a half hour after I booked the appointment for Friday, I got a call from Keith to say they had a truck in my area and could come by the same afternoon, but I declined his offer because I had to go back to work after lunch. So we kept the Friday afternoon appointment. On Friday morning, Matt called with apologies that he would be late arriving due to an emergency job that had come up and asked if he could come in the evening or rebook the appointment. The later arrival actually worked better for me, so I told him it would be fine to come later. Matt called me when he was finishing the emergency job and said he would be arriving at my place in about 20 minutes. He arrived promptly 20 minutes later. He came in, assessed the job, walked me through the process and got to work. The entire time he was there, Matt was very friendly and extremely professional. He put everything back the way he had found it and did a great job! And the price was very reasonable considering the good work and great service! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who asks. I plan to have them come back in the fall to clean my furnace and ducts, and will recommend them to my strata for future work in our townhouse complex. Thanks for coming out today Matt!
