We are extremely happy with our new kitchen and are impressed by the high level of service and satisfaction provided by The Renovators of Canada. Everyone who worked on the project was friendly, competent and efficient. Kudos to Chris for a project well-managed and for promptly answering all our questions during the work.

We were happy with the work they did. They repaired the columns that are supporting the porch. We had about 8 columns that were wooden and rotting. They came in with a solution that fit our budget and after the work was done, it looked great. My wife would say it looked better than it was before.

They did our kitchen and we were happy. They were on time and got things done on time for the most part. It was Christmas so there was probably a rush so a few things were behind. Generally they were pretty good.

We were very happy. We’ve had them back twice. They did an en suit bathroom for us that had a lot of trouble with mold and mildew. They had to take it down, redry wall everything. They did an amazing job. They optimized the space and customized it with what we wanted. They were creative in making the space appear larger. They did ceramic tile. It looks gorgeous. They did a fireplace and it also looks gorgeous.

They fully renovated my kitchen, floor to ceiling, they did some tiling in my basement and did some electrical work in a couple of other rooms in the house. I was generally happy. We had a few hiccups but those are normal.

The Renovators did my kitchen, parts of the bathroom and the floors. I was very happy with the help I got from all members of the crew, but most especially from the project manager. He helped design and shop for the cabinets, etc. I did not experience any of the horror stories that come with renovation. It was painless, finished on time and generally went smoothly.

On time! On budget! On task!

Our kitchen and master bathroom ensuite were completely gutted and rebuilt. A main floor powder room and an upstairs bathroom were updated as well. Our contractor Dustin was amazing. He kept things humming and was on top of the progress of the project from day 1. He was respectful and respected by all who worked for him. He was approachable and always available for questions and/or suggestions. He handled any surprises (and there are always surprises when renovating) that came along calmly and knowledgably. The contract was adhered to and any changes were discussed and dutifully recorded. He made sure we were happy with each stage of each part of the entire renovation!
We highly recommend TROC for your renovations whether they are big or small. We will call them again when we are ready for our next project!
