Sheila and Loren have worked on 2 projects for us to our complete satisfaction. Quality is first class, delivery was on schedule and clean-up after installation was perfect. We plan to use them again soon.

I went to the store three times and Courtney was so sweet & patient in helping me finalize on the pattern. Although we had 9 ft. ceilings hence the second story window was very high, Lorne handled it like a real pro. and we are very happy with the install & blinds.

I have had the pleasure of working with Sheila's Window Toppers on two separate occasions. In 2012, I ordered window boxes for my kitchen and eating area, as well as drapery panels and rods for my family room and daughter's bedroom. I was so impressed with the quality of their fabrics and the workmanship and attention to detail in the product I received, that when I re-designed my son's room recently, I ordered window treatments from Sheila's again. From the initial consultation, to the design and selection of fabrics, the measuring and installation, everyone we worked with (Amanda, Courtney and Loren) were helpful and always pleasant and professional to deal with. We went to Sheila's in August 2013 to get some approximate estimates and drapery ideas for our upcoming possession of our condo in Cochrane. Sheila and Lorne were both very helpful showing us the different options that would work for our family (we have cats who destroy Venetian blinds by eating the strings). We decided to go all out and get the remote control blinds with no strings. When we received possession in November, Sheila and Lorne came over on our possession day to measure the windows right away so we could get our blinds quickly. They helped us select the colors and options that would work best in our 3 rooms. Within two weeks, the blinds had arrived and delivery and installation was prompt and professional. We love the ease of using a remote to open the blinds and will upgrade in the future to the app system that allows you to control your blinds position while not at home. We would highly recommend Sheila's for exceptional quality and service! It is worth spending the extra money to increase the value of your home with a quality product!

Had a wonderful experience with both Sheila doing the consultation and Loren doing the Install! Sheila's opinion with styling and colouring was very helpful. We had over 20 windows and Loren was able to install quickly and efficiently. Very nice people, and we will deal with them again in the future! We would highly recommend Sheila. She was very knowledgable, honest, helpful and prompt. We received quotes from a number of other companies and Sheila was the most professional and had the fastest time line by far. The items came on time and the installation was done the next week. We did get the wrong measurement/error on 2 items (a mistake made by hunter Douglas, not Sheila) but Sheila took care if it very quickly. We were very impressed and will use her again and recommend her to friends and family.

Today Sheila's Window Toppers installed 5 window coverings and 3 sets of rods and fabric panels. We could not be happier with the results! Both quality and the price of the products we received was excellent. From initial consultation to final installation we were most impressed by the attention to detail. We recently bought a wooden shutter for our bedroom window and are extremely happy with the service we received from Sheilas' Window Toppers. Although we were only replacing one window covering, they were very friendly, helpful and had very fast service. We will certainly go back to this company when we are ready to replace more of our window coverings. Loving our new shutter!!

Sheila was very friendly and helpful when I visited her store. With much patience, she helped me to select the blinds according to my needs and budget. Lawrence was friendly and very puncture. He installed my blinds carefully and did a last minute check on the blinds and cleaned up the mess before he left. Great service and product! I highly recommend this company.
