We would highly recommend Sheila. She was very knowledgable, honest, helpful and prompt. We received quotes from a number of other companies and Sheila was the most professional and had the fastest time line by far. The items came on time and the installation was done the next week. We did get the wrong measurement/error on 2 items (a mistake made by hunter Douglas, not Sheila) but Sheila took care if it very quickly. We were very impressed and will use her again and recommend her to friends and family.
