Recently my AC started acting up. The thermostat would kick in and the fan motor would spin, but there was no cold air.
I called a few companies and explained the issue I was having. Only Anthony made the effort to come out to diagnose the situation himself. Everyone else said to me that it sounded like I had a leak and that since the AC was over 10 years old it would be better to replace it with a new unit since it was using the old gas.
Anthony answered his phone and just happened to be in the area. He arrived on time and respected my home by putting covers over his shoes so as not to mess my house. He diagnosed the issue as a broken capacitor. He explained to me that the fan motor was spinning but spin up was slow. So while it looked like the AC was working it was not. He fixed it and also did a pressure test to make 100% sure there was not a leak.
He explained how air flow was critical for the heat exchanger to work properly and pointed out that the filters in the furnaces also needed to be changed.
I found him to be very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him.
