We had an issue with out plumbing system. I tried to fix it several times but it was water leaking so we decided to hire A. Smith Plumbing. Technician did really great job. Recommend!

Like the person below the cost worked out to approx $200 per hour and I would not use them again. They said no charge to assess, but then charged $ 175 for "diagnostics". I'm left left with a leaking pipe and an expensive bill.

A plumber had responded to a call within very exceptional timing, he then assessed the problem in the basement where there had been some leaking through the exposed plumbing in the floor. It first was suppose to be a quick fix but it was later noted that the entire plumbing in that area had to be gutted and replaced. It soon turned into a big job which I had expected. The plumber had given us a reasonable price for this to be repaired. I am pleased with the customer service from this company. 

Hired them to replace a bathroom tub faucet. Gave us a written quote but when the work was done we were told it would cost $125 extra. Could not clearly explain this extra cost. Became very hostile and defensive when asked why it cost extra. Called a few days later to lodge a customer complaint. The owner claimed the extra cost was for extra labour and promised to send a detailed invoice breaking down the extra cost. Never heard from them again. The work they did was good but I would never use them again.

I called for a toilet repair at 8 am and had a plumber at my doorstep 1 hr later prompt effiecient service with a smile. work was installed in fast and proffesional manner. Clean upi was exceptional

This plumber responded to a leaking toilet. They did a good job, fast, and went to pick up a new toilet for us. Just found them a little expensive, since the parts cost approx $190, and the hourly rate worked out to about $185 per hr.
