Redford Electric

I needed to do an electrical inspection as a requirement for my home owners insurance policy - there was a concern there may have been knob and tube still in use. Robert showed up on time, kind, courteous etc. Good news! No knob and tube; Robert found a couple of other areas of concern / these will be taken care of next week. This is my 3rd electrical project I have used Robert Redford

There was a mix up with the booking but Robert ensured someone came over promptly. Our new fixtures were installed by a courteous guy and we are totally satisfied with the result. Robert came a week later and installed a new outlet in our bathroom. We found out it was knob and tube but he made the update and was on his was. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for electric work.

Used them a few times and overall satisfied though sometimes it takes them a little while to get back to you. But they are very good at what they do and do a very professional job, we will keep using them again and again and would recommend them to anyone around town.

We called various electricians in the White Rock/South Surrey area for a quote on our outside lighting. Robert was the first to respond - actually, the next day, and gave us a quote that day. In consultation with other members of the Property Committee, we determined that the Church would accept the quotation from Robert Redford Electric. We called Robert to let him know and he ordered the parts that day. Within a couple of days the work was done. We were very pleased with the work and with the cost of the work.

I needed some lights repaired.I expected and got professional service.The price was reasonable. What I was really grateful for was the 20 minutes he took to help me clean and replace lights in my chandelier. I didn't have a ladder and it had been an eyesore for awhile. THAT went above and beyond.

My house is over 60 years old, and my insurance company sent me a letter stating that I needed to upgrade my electrical panel for insurance purposes. I called R. Redford Electrical - and they immediately arranged an appointment to come over and do an audit of my current electrical system and recommend what work needed to be done. They sent me a quote for the work - and since I found their quote reasonable, I arranged for them to start upgrading my electrical panel. They also suggested which of my outlets should be upgraded as well as most of them were ungrounded. I found R. Redford Electrical to be professional, courteous and very efficient. The work that they performed was done in a very professional manner and they were always on time. I would highly recommend them to anyone! And I definitely would use R. Redford again for any other electrical work that I may need in the future.

I was nervous about needing networking and additional TV outlets in this condo, as it is an older building, and because i found not all electricians can do what i required. But after the initial consultation, They were not only able to fulfill my needs exactly, but at the price that was given as well. I am ecstatic at the quality of work that was done, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone. I can see why they won the best of 2011.

Could not more highly recommend. I emailed about a problem we had with our outdoor power that seemed to have tripped (full well expecting someone to have to come out and take a look and the $$ that would go with that!). I know other people may know to look for a reset button, I had no idea, and Robert was so kind to email me back, very detailed, and encouraging me to look for one and that might solve the problem! This did solve the problem, and I couldn't believe that someone was willing to give me that advice for free! It speaks a lot about a person who does that and I know that if I needed an electrician in the future, he would be honest and helpful. Thanks so much Robert.

We needed to upgrade the amp service to our hous,e and Redford Electric were the guys for the job. They were friendly and professional, on time and completed the job quickly. Price included dealing with BC Hydro and permits - definitely a good price for a job well done! Thanks:)
