Assisted Review

On October 5th your man came & took care of various electrical concerns in my home in Cloverdale. He was friendly, professional & knowledgeable. I was actually somewhat amazed at how quickly he troubleshot a tricky problem with a dead circuit in my bathroom & hallway. There was actually a loose wire in behind a wall plug in a bedroom where everything was working well but it somehow affected the other areas. He did other work as well including quickly fixing my inoperative central vac plug, rewiring my bathroom fan, adding several wall switches, etc. Numerous picky little things that simply take time & knowledge. Everything was done very satisfactuly.

I mentioned to your man that I had previously called a different electrical company from the yellow pages. They came to my home & before even looking at anything said there would be a "call out charge" just for showing up. Then they said there will be an additional $275.00 "diagnostics charge" to try to find the problem in my bathroom/hall. If the diagnostics took over 2 hours there would be further "extended diagnostics" charges. But if they found the problem in 10 minutes, the $275.00 charge would stand. This diagnostic charge did not include addressing the concern or fixing anything, just trying to find the problem. Actually fixing anything would be over & above. I politely sent this serviceman on his way. He said he'd still have to bill me for the call out charge.

Your company had no call out charge or diagnostic charges or any other silly charges except for the actual work done. Your man knew what he was doing & worked quickly & efficiently. He was well equipped with everything he needed & even brought his own hand broom & dust pan to leave my home clean afterwards.

I noticed a few days later that the bathroom fan stopped working. The same fan where your guy had rewired the switch. I called your company & you cheerfully dispatched a 2nd man to investigate. He quickly diagnosed a broken wire above the fan which he repaired. He left without charge.

It is always a pleasure in this day & age to be fully satisfied with a company's service. Just thought I'd pass on this note of thanks. I will certainly recommend your services to any one I come across.

Thanks Steve for the review, "If I may" a note to consumers regarding the $35.00 service call. There is no such thing and I guarantee the hidden charges are double that of any conscientous contractor.
That being said we aim to please and I am tickled that you have spent the time to tell it like it is. I'll pass the koodos along to my installers and staff. It's nice to get recognition for a job well done no matter how small.
