Our renovation experience was excellent. Optimus' owner was very good at communications and details right from the begining of the project. Starting with his detailed presention/response to the tender right until the end of the project. Mark and his team were very responsible and thoughtful through out the approximate four months that it took to complete the job. They showed up when they were supposed to, they respected the agreed work hours so as not to cause too much disturbance with our surrending neighbhours, the team members all had very pleasant personalities and worked with passion. They understood that this was our home and they took pride in thier work. Daily the area was cleaned up to ensure the safety of our family. Each evening the team did a thorough job tarping the entire house/roof securely in case it rained over night. It was especially important to keep things safe and dry since we were living in the house during the 2nd floor re-construction. Of course then each morning the tarp had to be carefully removed. If there was any rain or rough wind, even if it was a weekend or holiday, the owner took the time to check the tarp to make sure all was okay. We picked Optimus Renovations for this project because they took so much care in all aspects of the job. This was very obvious from our first meeting. He was not the most expensive, he was not the cheapest but he was the best!
