Simon and the Guildwood Roofing team did a great job replacing the roof on our semi-detached home recently. Simon completed a site visit and visual inspection of the existing roof within days of our initial phone conversation. He provided pictures and a quote in a timely fashion. The quote provided to replace the entire roof was very competitive (compared to other quotes received) and it was just as comprehensive in terms of scope. We had our roof completely redone including the flat portion which had multiple layers. The entire job was completed in one day and the site was left cleaner than before he showed up.
