It was a pleasure to hire and work with Scott, Bart, Alan and the rest of the Merlin Construction Ltd. team. My wife and I dreamed of accomplishing a beautiful backyard pool project for our family, and Merlin met...and exceeded our expectations.
These gentlemen are energetic, creative, technically savvy and skilled in their craft. At the same time demonstrating patience and professionalism from concept, design, quote, execution and finish. I truly enjoyed their company and very much appreciated their advice and expertise. The pictures speak for themselves (my apologies - I took these pictures after closing the pool and removing all of the patio furniture as the summer has come to an end, but at least you can clearly see the workmanship). They remained in constant communication with me as to their progress and what was in the pipeline. They kept me advised to their work schedule, and did their best to keep me and their other clients pleased. Communication is the key, and Merlin ensure that the client is kept informed and content. It was a busy time for our family as this project was under way, and my wife was set to deliver our third child. Merlin kept plugging away and I truly had faith in them. It's not often in the construction industry that the contractor instills that level of confidence and piece of mind in their client.
