Our A/C stopped working , I found found him homestars, and within 20 minutes he called me back and made an appointment same daay

He wasn't able to be here exactly when he said he would and called to say he was on his way . So appreciate the clear communication!

When he arrived, he took a look, and quickly identified the problem, had the part in his truck, and within a few minutes switched it out and had our system working again. He made sure that all was working correctly before leaving.

I couldn't ask for better service. Good communication, knew what he was doing, and of course I'm delighted that the repair was a simple

I called JCJ Mechanical to install a new furnace. John came over and looked at my ducts, hydro panel and then looked at me with a strange look and asked who installed your air conditioning under the porch. I told him a contractor built the deck over the airconditioner. He asked me if it gave me any problems and I told him sometimes there was no cooling, especially on hot days it also blew hot air right where I had my table and chairs on the deck. Not a good thing having hot air blowing up at you on a hot day. He said the air conditioner must be moved, it is over heating and the compressor would break down and stop working. I was very upset about having to pay more money to move the air conditioner because I am a pensioner and didn't have the extra money .It was going to cost a thousand dollars. He could see I was very upset and told me not to worry that he would move the air conditioner at no charge when we install the furnace. They came and moved the central air out from under the porch, extended the wiring and the copper lines and installed it on the other side of my house. The men then installed the new furnace and they told me my heating duct to the sun room was never connected and that was why the heat was not coming through the register. Adriano said he would connect it for me. JCJ finished the job, charged me twenty one hundred and when John the owner passed by to do an inspection and pick up his check he reminded me about the seniors discount and took an extra 5% off. I couldn't be happier with the timing, politeness, workmanship and that there are still companys that respect and don,t take advantage of seniors.

I flip homes for a living and ive worked with many contractors in my time, but i thought that John of all people from JCJ deserves my time to add this review. I have a home that ive signed for the sale, but the inspector says the furnace is very old and could be a safety hazard for the new home owners. I called John and he gave me the best price for a good quality brand furnace. I had a deadline and John and his crew made it happen! wow! no more stress...deal went through and the new owners are very happy.

The winter is just around the corner and my wife and i have a new born. Ive been a little concerned about my furnace and allergies. I caled JCJ mechanical and spoke to John. He came out to diagnose the problem and he said the funace needed a part and some cleaning. He was really nice i felt like i was talking to my friend. Thank you for making me feel safe in my home.

Our Air Conditioning has been on strike for the hottest week in JUNE!!! and with the summers blazing heat it was time to have it fixed, repaired, replaced or wtvr to get it to work. John from JCJ MECHANICAL had worked on our neighbors air conditioning so we called him. Super friendly and explained everything thoroughly. He came to check out our central air conditioning system and figured out the problem pretty quick. The unit was just old, wear and tear and would make sense to get a new central air and this will help lower our utilities with a more efficient new central air. So he scheduled his crew to come and in and replace the unit, they finished up and it works like a charm. The price was very affordable compare to other companies i was getting quotes from for a new unit and brand.

Its gets really hot here during the summer. Im used to vacationing during the summer that I forgot how hot it can get in Toronto. Anyway I was working at my studio when the damn AC made a clunking noise and shut off.

Now picture this, I have big open windows, no shades and they can't be opened. The place literally became a sauna, it was so hot my plants shriveled up and died. So i called some AC guys to come ASAP, they all kept pushing me off. I was at the point where i didn't care how much it cost, i just wanted someone to come fix my damn AC. I finally called John from JCJ mechanical to come repair my AC, he was friendly on the phone and was in the area so he stopped by to come check it out.

After a little tinkering he went to his truck to get a part, made the switch and yalla, my AC turned on. He stuck around for a few minutes to see if it didn't break again, we chatted. The bill was standard, i was charged for a service call and the part. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Great service! I'm in Toronto and jcj mechanical was great. Edward came out to give my AC a tune-up. He didn't laugh at my lack of knowledge (although he probably should have) and took the time to educate me on making my AC more effective. He was on time, clean, friendly and professional. I thought that it might be like when you take your car in for an oil change and they try to add on a bunch of stuff, but it wasn't at all! They didn't try to sell me a bunch of extra stuff. I will definitely use them again the next time I need air or furnace work. The cold days will be here soon and my furnace will have to be checked Very happy with the service.

We had to replace our 20 year old AC uint in our house We live about 50 kms away from brampton and rent that house, so getting coordinated with our tenant and a company was a problem. We tried another company who was not very thorough, did not explain themselves clearly and seemed to not really care to do the job.
\After looking at reviews here, we tried jcj mechanical They were incredibly professional. Ashley was great at getting back to us and making sure we had all the information we needed. They were able to get ahold of and work with our tenant with no problems. Our tenant said jcj mechanical were wonderful, thorough and very professional and you can tell they are concerned about the job they do. John was informative and professional and very patient with all our questions and with dealing with 2 different people (us and the tenant). The unit was replaced within 2 weeks and for $600 less than than the other companies were going to charge.
I would very much recommend working with jcj, as would my tenant who was VERY impressed with their service.

My home is up for sale in Brampton and my real estate agent says that I should either fix or replace my air conditioner that broke down over a week ago. I was very upset because that was not part of my budget and I thought it was too old to fix. My sister referred me to JCJ mechanical and they fixed it for me. I was very pleased because I do not have that extra big expense now.
