Floor Laying & Refinishing review in

We ordered floors, they arrived and it was the completely wrong colour. We had to order new floors (that cost more) from them because they wouldn't give us our money back. Just a credit, how generous of them *eye roll*. They told us it would take 3 weeks to get the new flooring back in. We're going on the 7th week and the (hopefully) proper floors still have not arrived. My project has been delayed and we cannot move forward and complete the project until the floors are in. Zero remorse and very unprofessional and has not and will not provide updates because "they don't know". How could you not know when my floors are coming in!!
