Heating & Air Conditioning review in

I trusted this person and his son to install my furnace and air conditioner, i immediately had trouble with the air conditioner. the product was fine, but the installation was not. I placed 3 different calls to both father and son and was promised each time that they would come to repair their sloppy installation. Being an honest person I believed them. They never came. Everybody makes mistakes but NOBODY should treat their customer's this way!!!!
It is very unfortunate that i cannot give this company a good review.
