Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in

Have have 2 broken windows that needs fixed. They put ours in 3 years ago. From the cold winter 2 broke from top corner down inside glass of a 3 painwindow. They refuse to call back or come see us .it's been 4 months of them not fixing it. I'm so upset and mad.

These 2 windows had cracked due to unusual circumstances . Therefore not covered under warranty. Networx has since agreed to repair the glass at cost
