I'm extremely satisfied with the work done by Yevgeniy and Art Metal. My railings look fantastic! We've already had compliments. And the whole process was truly effortless. I was able to browse the website, pick a look I liked and emailed Yevgeniy with examples. He emailed me back with a ballpark estimate and had his people come out to my house right away to get exact measurements. A proper quote was emailed to me within 2 days. The installation was done 4 weeks later - I didn't even have to be home for it. The work was beautiful and tidy.

Yevgeniy's responsiveness was impressive - rarely have I seen such customer service. I had emailed a competitor the same day and it took them until 2 weeks after I had already made arrangements for Yevgeniy to do the installation (and the competitor's quote was approx. 30% more expensive). Stick with Art Metal - they're your best bet for good work and great customer service! Thanks Yevgeniy for a beautiful job.
