The salesman came out and appeared to know what he was ding when taking measurements and proposing a product. We paid the deposit as a large portion of the project was custom. A few weeks later the installer showed up and took one look at our kitchen and the material that his salesman had ordered and told us that everything was wrong and he couldn't install. Time passes and no call from the company. When we got fed up and called them to ask for a refund the General Manager apologized profusely and said they would have to get approval from the boss. Then, they asked if they could come out and try and fix the problem. I said OK, but we are moving and our deadline for renos has passed. They made an unsatisfactory attempt and offer at reconciliation and when we rejected the offer due the house now being sold, they refused to refund our deposit. Immoral and unethical company throughout.
