I contacted Jerry for a home fireplace cleaning+Inspection; he came on time, was very organized, and cleaned the place after the work was completed. I liked that he clearly explained what he was doing and outlined some repairs that need to be done in the future.

Jerry came to my house on April 16-2016 for a Fireplace cleaning+Inspection; the cost of this initial visit was $140, and he made a quote for additional repairs for extra $875. He requested $400 in advance to buy materials and said that the work would be done shortly after getting the materials. I gave him the $400 because thought I was dealing with a trusted and professional person, but today is October 16-2016 (6 months after) and he has not done the work/has not reimbursed the money; he always provide excuses.
