Guys came in inclement weather and insisted on finishing the job in the cold rain. Thus, they rushed their work and didn't even install the trough with a proper slope. Have leakes in one corner, downspouts not well sealed either. Called to ask for help, ignores my calls and emails. Will not return to stand behind their work.

installed new throughs and pipes in 2010. 2011 they were leaks. called 4 times. never showed up. now all one side clogged. email them. he showed up, said its a n easy fix and will come in weekend. never showed up and dont answer phones or email.

Did all new eaves and pipes last year, said that he would warranty the work and now will not call me back. Leaks in the corners... had another company come and said that nothing was even sealed properly. What a joke! After politely calling him for months, I've decided to update my review. POOR WORK, POOR WARRANTY. DO NOT USE! ROB IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY AT ALL.

We had new eavestrough with a gutter protection sytem, soffit, fascia and siding installed by Rob and his crew Gary & Tim. From their initial visit to provide an estimate, Gary and Time were extremely efficient in getting all the measurements and Rob answered any questions I had and provided many creative suggestions -- this left a lasting impression and tipped the scale toward us hiring them.

On the day of installation, Rob and his crew were prompt and got to work immediately. Rob, Gary and Tim are an amazing team! You can tell that they are very experienced, and you see the pride they take in their trade by the quality of their work. I found that they pay attention to details, and Rob provided a great solution that would address Toronto's mandatory downspout disconnection by-law. Rob installed the siding and I was extremely pleased as it was better than I could have imagined.

I am so pleased with the finished product and even more pleased that we met some very personable guys; I would recommend them to anyone.

On a side note, we live where there is quite a bit of foot traffic and several people liked the job so much that they stopped and talked to Rob about getting a quote!

After trying to reach few companies, I found Rob. He gave very good price and did exellent job. I will use them again and forsure will recomend to friends and family members.

We had interviewed several companies, they were not the least nor most expensive out there but we felt instantly at ease with Rob and Jamie during our first meeting/estimate. They were very patient and helpful during the discission making process, as we had several set backs on our part that delayed the job, one being that I was expecting our 3rd son. Rob and Jamie came back to our home several times to consult with us on different matters, and provided us with professional and sound advice! Once the job started they were prompt, curtious, professional and clean. I was in the hospital at the time of completion so I was unable to see the end result. I had a few very minor issues which I called Rob about and he quickly came to review them all and sent his co-worker back out to address all the problems! I have already refered them to some of my neighbours and would be pleased to hire them again if needed! Rob and his team were a pleasure to have at my house, they made it look fantastic and I would be more then happy to recommend them to anyone :)

We had our quote in a very timely manner and they examined the homes thoroughly to ensure that what my neighbour and I were asking for could be done.

The service before we had the job done was excellent. All questions after the quote was provided were answered quickly. This was by both email and phone.

With the quote being very competitive and the willingness and ability of Rob and Jamie to address any questions or concerns convinced us to have them do the work.

The Installation:

The workmanship was excellent with the eavestroughs, leafguards, and downspouts for both my home and my neighbours. Capping of my frame around my garage door was a last minute add on, it was priced and the work done at the same time as the other work with first-class results.

My neighbour had soffit put on the ceiling of the carport. They were extremely pleased with the end result. My neighbour added some additional work and it was done with excellent results.

My neighbour and I strongly recommend Rob and Jamie and it was very easy to give them a 10 rating.

I have had the great experience of having Rob and Jamie from True North come and give my house the greatest treatment ever. They were quick on response for the estimate and from start to finish completed the job accuratly and efficiently. They were both clean neat and proper gentlemen. Jamie and Rob were totally professional. Flexible too, allowing us to add on a few extra items and coming back the next day to complete them. Cleaned up the job site nicely. Their work is of a high standard and looks great. Good-natured, respectful guys who listen to what the homeowner says. Will certainly recommend them.
