Robert replaced singles on my bungalow in June 2023. I wrote an 5 star amazing review at the time. Recently, I noticed yellow spots (water) on the ceiling in my bathroom. I called Robert and he returned my call within a day. I explained what I saw and within a few days he came to investigate. Turns out a bathroom roof vent needed to be chaulked. He corrected the problem immediately and did not charge me!

The roof that the builder installed was nothing but headaches. Every major windstorm meant more shingles blown off, and hundreds of dollars of repair. We finally decided to get a new roof installed, and wow were we happy to go with The Cutting Edge.

Jimmy, Rob, and the team were fantastic. They were all professional, friendly, and a breeze to deal with. We verbally committed to going with them last fall, but had more shingles blown off in the meantime. They came without asking to repair the roof, free of charge!!! I don't know any other company that would do that!!

The work itself was high quality. We have a complicated roof with lots of peaks. But they got the entire job done in just 2 days, including the removal of the old shingles. The workmanship is top notch, and they left the jobsite clear of debris. Safety is also a concern of theirs, stressing that we called them every time we needed to leave the house while they were working. That way they could ensure no one was hurt. After the job was finished, they sent dozens of photos of the work being done, and the finished product.

The roof over our head is important to our family and preventing damage to the house from the elements. It was therefore important to choose the right shingles for the long term and choosing the right contractor.
I was also concerned that I hire a roof contractor that would provide a quote and then in the middle of the job advise that he had to make additional repairs which would cost me more money or not complete the roofing installation that they said would be installed.
I obtained several quotes and with a couple contractors they did not even climb on the roof to inspect the condition of my roof.
The Owner from The Cutting Edge Roofing climbed onto the roof and inspected the roof and provided pictures of the current condition of the roof. This provided the confirmation that the shingles needed to be replaced.
He also provided the information that they not only installed the shingles, but a roofing system to protect my investment in the house for years to come.
Once I chose to go with The Cutting Edge Roofing they provided an estimate on how long it will be before they can provide the installation, which depended on the current customer list and weather conditions.
Installation day was arranged and they arrived promptly on that day. They removed the old shingles and installed the new roofing system with no costly surprises. The clean-up after the work was completed was excellent
The Site Supervisor provided pictures of the roof condition after the shingles were removed, during the installation process and the final product. This provided confirmation that they installed what they contracted to install.

During a second-storey bathroom renovation, our contractor found a leak in our attic. Two years ago, I had contacted Cutting Edge Roofing to look at our roof after we found shingles in our back yard (which thankfully weren't ours), and I called them again. Robert came within a few days and identified the problem, along with some other repairs that needed to be done. The price quoted was more than fair and to keep our renovation on schedule, he even came on a Saturday to do the repairs. There are lots of roofing companies out there, but Robert stands out because of his honesty, trustworthiness, and excellent workmanship. When it comes time to replace our roof, Cutting Edge Roofing will be the only company I would trust to do that work. Thanks so much, Robert!

I cannot repeat often enough how pleased I am with the work done
by Robert and his assistant. The aluminum siding had bent panels and
actual holes between two of the panels. It was an invitation for a
home for raccoons. And to prevent further damage, Robert came the very next day after giving me a quote. His impressive trucks came with
all the equipment and the job was very efficiently completed, and was
done in an efficient matter of time. I am a senior citizen and Robert was very supportive in reassuring me about the work to be done. In fact, he
removed the satellite wire, which I was no longer using, that had broken
free and was hanging down from the rooftop on a front window on the second floor rooftop.
The work has a pleasing finished look. You cannot distinguish the
repaired section from the rest of the wall aluminum siding paneling.
