The roof that the builder installed was nothing but headaches. Every major windstorm meant more shingles blown off, and hundreds of dollars of repair. We finally decided to get a new roof installed, and wow were we happy to go with The Cutting Edge. Jimmy, Rob, and the team were fantastic. They were all professional, friendly, and a breeze to deal with. We verbally committed to going with them last fall, but had more shingles blown off in the meantime. They came without asking to repair the roof, free of charge!!! I don't know any other company that would do that!! The work itself was high quality. We have a complicated roof with lots of peaks. But they got the entire job done in just 2 days, including the removal of the old shingles. The workmanship is top notch, and they left the jobsite clear of debris. Safety is also a concern of theirs, stressing that we called them every time we needed to leave the house while they were working. That way they could ensure no one was hurt. After the job was finished, they sent dozens of photos of the work being done, and the finished product. From the quoting process, to the finished product, I could tell that quality was top of mind in everything they do. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Cutting Edge to anyone. This is the third time I've had Dave in to fix plumbing issues due to shoddy builder quality. Dave never fails to come through. Fast quality work. He makes sure to work with you to understand the issue, and sees the job through to completion. Due to the covid situation, Dave is short staffed and very busy. But he did his absolute best to fit me in to his packed schedule. I am very appreciative. Don't hesitate to call Dave / Durham Plumbing!

Absolutely satisfied! I called Camille in the fall for a quote, and immediately she came on site to measure my lot. Other companies I called only asked for rough dimensions and pictures. Those companies were immediately ruled out. Camille's quote came quickly, and had one of the lowest prices. I didn't end up doing anything with it until the spring. But Camille still honored the price. The quote included the complete removal of the first few inches of grass and soil, new topsoil, new top-quality sod, and labor. Other companies said they would lay the topsoil and sod over top of the existing weeds that covered my lot. No thank you to that. The workers arrived on a day that I wasn't at home. But no problems there. The crew is absolutely trustworthy and didn't try to cut corners in my absence. Several neighbors told me afterward how impressed they were with the work they did. In the end, everything turned out great. Camille was extremely easy to work with, and answered questions/concerns immediately. The workers decided to do a little extra space that wasn't quoted, because as they put it, they wanted to "do the right thing". Camille ensured that this did not increase the cost. Who wouldn't be happy with that?? I have no hesitation at all in recommending Camille and DCD for any of your landscaping needs. I'm already planning my next project with DCD, and have given their contact information to several friends and neighbors. 2+ weeks later, and the lawn looks stunning. Our hot water temperature was slowly turning to lukewarm, so I had David come in to replace the hot water mixing valve that the builder installed 5 years ago. Now we have hot water again! David and his crew are top notch. They showed up on time, did professional work, cleaned up nicely, and explained everything that was done. You know they are professional when they show up with boot covers and floor mats. And David always answers the phone when I call. Extremely satisfied customer!!
