I had a leak in my roof. Within a week of calling Rob sent out his crew to put a tarp down in order to prevent further leaks into the house. The quote was reasonable compared to others we had received. But it was the confidence I received when asking all my questions about the job and it never felt like I was being pressured or sold to - in fact they recommended other contractors in the area to make sure I got enough quotes!
Ended up getting the heavier duty Duration shingles and a Velux sun tunnel.
The work was great and they were finished in surprisingly little time. Final price was exactly the same as the written quote. I can finally sleep again without worrying about the rain.
I have already recommended them to my neighbours.
