The Cutting Edge Roofing

Just had our roof replaced by The Cutting Edge Roofing and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Robert Landry and his team place customer service and quality as their top priorities. Robert came out to the house the same day I called for a quote, he inspected both levels of the roof, and took photos so he could show us the state of the existing shingles. The other quotes we received where based on a visual inspection only from ground level - they did not inspect the roof. Robert fully explained the replacement process to us, along with the warranties for workmanship and materials, and we where also given a choice of 3 manufacturers from which to select new shingles. Robert provided a detailed written estimate (this level of detail was not provided by the other companies that quoted on the job, and no choice of manufacturers was offered). Robert was really patient answering our questions. On roofing day, Jim and the crew arrived when they said they would, completed the work in a timely way, and cleaned up so well you'd never know they had been here except for our beautiful new roof! Jim shook my hand and thanked us for our business! Robert dropped in part way through the day to see how the job was going and then arrived the following day to inspect the finished product and answer any questions. Kudos also to Tracie-Lynn in the office for providing friendly, timely, and professional customer service.
