We have been doing business with Lancaster Heating and Cooling for over 15 years and have always been extremely satisfied. All technicians were very qualified and always did great work.
In December 2024 our 25 year old Trane furnace started giving us trouble. The Lancaster personnel explained to us that there were multiple problems caused by age and actually showed us the deteriorating parts. They informed us that we could have a new Trane furnace installed the very next day and it would take not more than 6 hours to complete. The furnace was installed the next day as promised and in less that 6 hours. A perfect job and at a very reasonable price.
We are very impressed and satisfied with all work that has been done by Lancaster over the last 15 years and will continue to to do business with them exclusively in the future. As senior citizens you always want to feel safe with your furnace and your air conditioning and that's why we have them into our home the do the spring examination for the air conditioning and in the fall for the furnace examination. These service checks are well worth the money for peace of mind. All in all a great company with great reliable service.
