Ironwood Construction No Longer In Business

Hired this contractor for a garage and house reno. It took 2 years, dozens of phone calls and legal threats just to (almost) finish the garage. In the end I had to hire another builder. All work by Ironwood/ simon was substandard and some aspects did not pass permit inspection and had to be rebuilt . Despite a land survey provided he built the garage on our neighbours property.

In my opinion he can't be trusted and will play you and eventually abandon the job. If I could give negative stars he'd be a -10.

This was such a nightmare I had thoughts of murder for the two years!
