Rented a 16ft pod for storing our furniture for staging our home for an upcoming move..Spent 450.00 for the month..When pod was removed it left a hole in my asphalt driveway caused by one of the feet being upside down..Therefore the pin we will call it , instead of being up I side the pod, was stuck in my driveway causing a hole 1bout 3-4 " deep and approx 5 inches in length..
Contacted Pods and was given a claim # and told someone would contact us within 72 hrs, which they did only to inform us we had signed a waiver eliminating them of any damage costs...Which we did not sign..And I would be in total agreement had the pod been installed with the feet in the proper position and not upside down..
Therefore they bere all responsibility for the hoke in my driveway, which I should not be responsible to pay..
I have sent them pics clearly showing the foot was upside down and the hole it caused..
Be careful who you pick....
Definitely do jor recommend this company...
