Everyone at Logik was a pleasure to deal with. The entire team is professional and responsive. Gus came on site for the initial assessment and quote. We crawled through the attic together and he explained what he saw, potential deficiencies, and what the various options were including pros and cons. I felt very comfortable with the advice he provided and there was no hard sell for optional services. Next, I worked with Danielle who helped me navigate the different rebate programs available to me. She helped coordinate an energy audit (needed for the rebates). On the day of the job, the crew of Gus, Corey, and Mark were on time, friendly, efficient, and clean. They explained everything that they were doing and why, and answered all of my questions. I learned a lot that day about my own home. The crew did an excellent job adding baffles, connecting up a bathroom exhaust duct, and topping up the insulation. They even helped me remove old debris and construction waste that was left in my attic from previous contractors. Afterwards, they cleaned up the minimal mess that was made. I was very pleased with the work and would not hesitate to recommend Logik for insulation work!
