We needed to hire someone to assist us in the revamp of one of our homes.

They called me back the same day and indicated it was no problem to attend at the house during the visit we scheduled. They were quick to respond and came out to our house the next day to discuss our plans.

This was a huge relief. Herb also verified his attendance immediately - which turned out to be invaluable.

When they visited the house, they measured the place and looked around thoroughly. He was super friendly, had great design ideas and he actually listened to us and worked with us to design what we wanted.

Ultimately together, we came up with innovative ideas for the home. Capital Columns and Trim’s pricing was reasonable, his service is excellent and efficient.

The renovation of our home has been a stressful process, so we were glad when we eventually found such a great team. I asked Capital Columns to replace my columns.

The staff was responsive to my calls, provided information via email even without me having to ask them, and had a great attitude.

I got several other quotes for the job, and while many were from companies I didn’t feel as comfortable with.

The salesman took 2 days to complete the work, he was careful with demolishing the previous columns, and ensured no property damage occurred as the columns came down.

Due to the weather, we ended up scheduling the column work on the same day we re-shingled the roof.

I spoke to herb on the phone, he came out took a look and emailed me a quote. His guys showed up when promised and did the work in the time promised. the work was done perfectly and we had absolutely no issues. it was that easy.

I usually don't give reviews on this site but I have to give credit where credit is due.

My job was completed back in April 2010. Herb was amazing to deal with. He is very personal and professional. The installer arrived at our home on time (even earlier than Herb told us). He had the two columns installed on time. He even gave us advise on what type of paint to use, etc. We are very happy with the work and would recommend to anyone looking to install exterior columns.
