After instalaton, one of the piece was installed wrong and when they came back to replace it they broke the brand new cabinet and scratched the stove. The fixed the cabinet with a non-matching color material. In addition they had no interest to replace the other pieces that had cracked on them. out of the four pieces three of them have cracks and after we reported the cracks to them they objected to our request and made us to be responsible for their action. so many excuses were offered that we had to seek legal process.

Through out the 2 weeks that they were halting us they offered to cut pieces and give it to us to install ourselves. They were not willing to stand behind their job and what they promised. the warranty that they offered means nothing. It is just a gimic sales speach to sell the low qulity materil and create an image that they produce high qulity job. They are the one who recommanded the material and change our original decision from what we chose to what they recommaded. We thought they are honest and they know te materail better than us. and it's true they know better than us that is why they sold us the low qulity granite.

Be very carfull to even give them the monay upfront as they have no hesitation to take it and do nothing. in fact after they got the money the resposes were not the same way as it was before starting to work with them. whatever mistake or problems we pointed to them it seemed we were wrong and they were right. We had other professionals looking at the job and they rejected to even see other professional point of views. at the end we have to remove all these and it is going to cost a lot more to fix the cabinets after removing and redo the granite.
