I backed up my car into my garage door last week. I called Morningstar based on homestars review. Danny was so busy that he refered any other company to me. Since it was Sat night, I accepted it. At the end, the guy repaired the door for me in less than an hour, but I was charged for $400 for labour only. I posted a review on Homestars later to reflect my experience with this guy.

Danny contacted me in few days, and sincerely appologized for me being overcharged. He came to my house for re-inspection of my garage door. At the end, he refunded me $200 for my overpay. I think Danny is responsible and sincere during my whole conversation with him. He really want to make an effort to make up for my negative experience I had with my previous guy.

When I backed up my car, the garage door was not yet fully opened, the door was off track. I found this company based on homestars' reviews. I was told that someone will be over by 6p.m, and the guy ended up coming at 8p.m. The initial impression I got from the guy was "it is a big job", and he quoted me $400 (a discounted price). It was Saturday night, and I need to close the garage door, so we agreed. He claimed that he needed to spend at least an hour on this, ended up finishing the job within an hour. No material needed, all was labour cost. He then wanted to talk my husband into changing new tracks (only the horizontal parts), claiming that those tracks are not heavy duty, and costs another $500.
I was very upset with this company, and will not find them again for sure.
