An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. Paul and David from CanaDuct did a superb job on our ducts. A previous cleaning by another company was less than satisfactory, and I did my research to find a company which would do a thorough cleaning. As other reviews on HomeStars state, Paul and David arrive on time, do a complete cleaning, explain all procedures clearly and offer extra services, such as cleaning the AC coils and dryer vent, without pressure. One nice touch is that they show you images on an ipad of what they are seeing inside the ductwork. There were no surprises at billing time. These two gentlemen also took the time to do the job correctly, which was about an hour and a half. The equipment they used was high powered. The air feels very clean! I will recommend this company to others, and have in fact already recommended CanaDuct to my next door neighbour who took their card and asked me how they did. Cleaning the ducts was $250, which was good, given that Direct Energy quoted me $400. I also chose to go for extras, such as dryer cleaning, which brought the cost up. To boot, Paul and David are true professionals and very kind and considerate. I will definitely use their services again
