When we requested a quote John listened carefully to the issues we had and discussed the scope of work required. He did a thorough inspection of the property and the written quote was detailed and accurate. We were given options for our window wells and went with wood which looks so much better. John and Helena made an on-site visit before work began to go over the entire process. We had one unexpected issue and John's response was prompt and the problem was repaired for us. We did our final walkaround today. Waterproof Masters will return in the spring once the soil has had a chance to settle for finishing details. We are very satisfied with the work done; with John's promptness in returning calls and visits to the site and also the crew who took time to answer our questions while work was in progress.

Second time I have used this Co. This occurrence was a significant job taking four days, using four man crew. Throughout, the crew was courteous and respectful regarding the home and homeowners especially during these times. Job completed as contracted with information freely provided upon request and any identified issued immediately addressed. Completely satisfied.

Of course, we were away when the major leaks were in the basement. We got Waterproof Masters name from a neighbour and John and his crew were great. There was a cable cutting problem but it was repaired promptly. We would highly recommend this company for basement leaks.

Hi, found this company in my local Mimico flyer and decided to call them for a quote. Met with Jerry their sales person who explained the methods and costs for the job.
A week later signed a contract with Jerry and made arrangements for the work to start. Two men and one supervisor did the work in Three days weather permitting. The owner called me a few weeks later to ensure I was satisfied with his mens work. I told John that after a lot of rain fall the gravel around the house sunk witch is normal but the window well were not fastened properly and came loose from the house.
He assured me that it would be fixed immediately and within a few days two men showed up to remedy the problems. This is the type of company and persons I want to do business with because they are honest, great communicators and hard working people like you and I.

What else do you need in a contractor? We had a basement leak. Discussed options of doing outdoor vs. indoor waterproofing. After some considerations back and forth, opted to go with exterior due to the area of my leak being my the furnace room, etc. Waterproofing is something no one wants to do, but if you are going to do it, you want to make sure it's done right. From everything we saw this is the case. They even did a courtesy follow up to make sure everything was going well and no leaks post large rain storm

John and his team were so professional and quick to fix our problem. He made sure we understood our options and the process and materials they use. No pressure just good old fashion care and service. Great work.
