They responded to fix a bursted pipe within 4 hours on Dec 31st.
There was a $99 on-site charge which was waived when the actual repair service is performed. The initial job was $400. But since the guy was already on-site. He did two other similar task for half the price. So I ended up paying $800 for 3 spots.
