My HP laptop had become very slow and froze a lot. I had my company's IT guy format and reinstalled the windows and it worked, but again after a week it went back to the same condition. I took my laptop to fujitech for a free checkup and they told me my problem was a bad hard drive and gave me various options.
What I liked about them is that they gave me a guarantee that if even after changing my drive if the problem comes back, they would refund me 100% due to wrong diagnosis. It's been almost 3weeks now and I have had no problems so far and believe they did fix my problem indeed.
