To my horror, my contacts and calendar suddenly disappeared from Outlook on my laptop after my husband kindly installed OneDrive for me and backed up my documents and photos. Thankfully, Joseph quickly identified the problem, caused by cancellation of our Rogers' internet and email services many months ago.
By the next day, Joseph had fixed the problem and I was back in business. I intend to return to Fujitech whenever I encounter any other technical issues. Joseph is highly skilled, efficient, and trustworthy!
Unfortunately, the Web contact form on the Fujitech website is not functional so I lost a day waiting for a reply. Call Joseph or visit him instead. He is very personable and accommodating.
