I have and would recommend this company to fellow homeowners who have issues with wet basement foundation. Umbrella’s guys have been great all around from coming on a short notice when our basement was flooded and the tenant was complaining, to detecting the problem and eventually fixing it in timely and professional manner. My partner & I were very pleased with everything we have heard and saw on both occasions – during the initial estimate and when the actual waterproofing took place. There is no more leaks in the basement. I must note that the workers were very polite, no shouting and very patient with curious neighbour’s asking questions. We had the waterproofing done on the exterior of the side wall along which patio stones laid and the space between us and the neighbour's is very tight. They hand dug everything. Before doing any digging they carefully removed the stones and will be coming back to place them back in a few weeks. When they reached the weeping tile I had asked to be there for the camera inspection, which was free. Everything was clear and good to do the connection. We appreciate that they have listened to our minor requests. Overall very professional company, with great staff.
