Vlad was the 4th contractor to come out but the first that even looked at the sump pump which, he quickly discovered, was the source of the problem. Every other company quoted far higher prices to waterproof my basement. They wanted to tear up my driveway and the perimeter of the house to install weeping tiles. Only Vlad noticed that there was no moisture coming from the top of the walls. I could have spent a fortune and still had a leaking sump pump. I have waited until we'd experienced heavy rains to leave feedback and there has been no problem whatsoever. The woman who made the appointments was very accommodating and friendly which I really appreciated. My calls were promptly returned and the gentleman who did the work was very knowledgeable and professional. The work was completed in time that was quoted and at the cost quoted.
