Patrick was prompt and friendly. The latching mechanism on our front door broke and we were no longer able to open the door. Patrick arrived about an hour after we spoke.
After a lot of effort on his part the door was finally opened and the problem resolved.

I chose to contact Patrick at Harrington's as i'd seen his van in my neighbourhood. I'm so pleased i made this choice. Patrick immediately understood the issue i described i was having with my front door locks alignment. He was able to provide a detailed explanation of the work required, and was true to his word when it came to meeting my schedule timeline for a service call, and with responding quickly to my initial call and confirmation texts. He provided me with a skilled and speedy repair and upgrade of my lock plates and did an A+ job with reallignment of my locks. I found Patrick to be very likeable and reliable. I'd trust all my future locksmith needs to Patrick and Harrington's.

Worked on a couple of doors/locks after a break in, rekeying and replacing. Was very patient as we were frazzled after an unpleasant event. Educated us during install and did a great job. The old lock broke at 8 am. Patrick was called at 8:15 and the new lock was installed by 10:10 am. Fast, knowledgable and a very nice guy plus the new lock works much better than the old.

I LOVE this company!!!!! Not only did they call me right back but Patrick told me he was on other jobs and gave me a time when he was available and promptly showed when promised. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgable and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a locksmith!

The particular lock I wanted is not usually installed on residential doors and Patrick was the only locksmith that I called who actually understood what I was talking about and even had one in stock. Even though an emergency call took him to the west end of the city he still came over later the same day and did a beautiful job of installing the lock. Patrick seems to enjoy his work and is a cheerful presence. I would highly recommend his service to anyone who wants the job done well.

Called to install two new door locks for my house. I was in no rush but Patrick came over in 30 minutes! The work was well done, I was confident in the hardware and I did not feel oversold. Patrick was a great guy to chat with and the free sets of keys and upgraded hardware which he threw in were much appreciated.
