Firemen Movers

Firemen Movers are a true stand-out in an industry that has a very mixed reputation. Our was a two-day move and involved removing contents from a large three storey house and organizing everything into the finished basement of a house that was undergoing renovations. Many of our pieces were large, heavy and fragile. Aaron and his crew were professional, energetic, neat, strong, courteous, thoughtful and efficient. Great care was demonstrated in all facets of the move, and the team work displayed by the team demonstrated strong leadership by Aaron, and obviously, excellent training of the crew overall. Every interaction with Firemen Movers from the initial inquiry, to the on-site quotation, to the preparation and follow-up pre-move, and every interaction thereafter was as a standard that should make others in the moving industry worry. Fireman Movers truly sets the high-bar. A follow-up review on the move from the basement to the newly renovated house will be posted and will be consistent with these comments. Two moves, and two jobs extremely well done.

I HIGHLY recommend FIREMEN MOVERS to anyone who is going to move. From the first phone call right up until the evening of the moving day was an overall excellent experience. Jeremy, Luc, Harry and Chris were great, they arrived on time, and moved extremely heavy and large furniture without a complaint or negative word. I moved in August and this is a little late, but really FIREMEN MOVERS deserves even more than a 10 in my opinion. My moving day was stress free and actually kind of fun, well at least for me. Well, I wasn't the one lifting really heavy furniture :) However, my four bedroom house was packed up in one large truck in no time at all. I highly recommend and would use again if I needed to move. Wonderful, stand by their word company! If you want a stress free experience, where the company actually means what they say, then CALL FIREMEN MOVERS!

We had the best experience with Firemen…Marco, Dennis and Jessie were simply outstanding - professional, fast moving and self reliant. The company itself deserves applause. They were the only company to send a rep to give us an estimate. Would use again and recommend 100 times over!

I am behind on writing this review since my move was August 3rd and it is now nearly the end of November. My crew of four for the day (Aaron, Jesse, Darcy and Chris) arrived promptly that morning at 8:30am and it was the smoothest move that I have had since moving to the GTA (and I've moved 4 times in the past 12 years). The team was polite and friendly. They were also very courteous, mindful of all delicate items and generally did an amazing job. I'm still telling anyone who asks about the positive experience I had that day. There were no surprises and nothing went missing. Watching them get some of my large furniture up and down tight stairs was nerve-wracking at times but it was all done without damage! Every box was put in the room it was intended for. Chris even organized all of my Christmas ornaments in the crawl space for me. No plans to move again anytime soon, but if that changes, I'll be calling Firemen Movers again. Thank you again for all of your hard work.

Was recommended by a neighbor of a friend. They were pleasant, honest, and quick. Their prices were on-par with everyone else I called (hourly anyways), though they didn't charge some of the nonsense fees that other companies tried to. Their movers (4 of them for our case) were quick, yet careful and did an excellent job.

Would happily recommend them.

Can't say enough good things about these guys. From the first telephone call, to them arriving when they said they would, to not breaking anything or scratching any walls, to being friendly and courteous, to checking with us at the end of the move if we needed anything moved again (into a different room). Will recco to anyone that asks.

Moving is a difficult process. From my first contact with the front office I felt that Firemen Movers would be a good choice. The team of Aaron, Chris H and Harry arrived at the appointed time, looked over the move and then quietly and efficiently went to work. All of my furniture was wrapped in blankets and then again in clear packing wrap. The crew took time and care handling my possessions.
These terrific guys made the move process painless. Highly recommended.

Everything you have read here is 100% true. We booked Firemen on a friend's recommendation (and after I read reviews here on HomeStars) and we were more than pleased with the service, work ethic and entire process of our move. Andrew, Kyle and Ahmed were fast, efficient, personable and awesome! Not a complaint from any of them for heavy items. They reassured us nothing we had was too heavy. Customer service is not dead after all!
My husband has moved many times using other movers and always had a horror story as a result. He was thrilled with the experience with Firemen Movers. If we ever have to move again we will have these guys on speed dial - they are worth every penny!

Firemen Movers are great. Yesterday I moved into an apartment building, requiring the use of a service elevator. Just after the move started, the fire alarm went off (ironic), and the move had to wait for approximately thirty minutes, and the service elevator was stalled, which meant that my movers had to bring everything, including a bed and a table, in the regular elevator, in smaller loads. They still finished in under two hours as I had hoped, and had great attitudes about the issue.

More importantly, they were very friendly, polite, efficient, and took the job very seriously. I have moved almost thirty times within the city of Toronto and this was the best and easiest and lowest-stress move yet. (Also, they arrived early, and kept me up to date about their progress, which I appreciated.) 10/10 for sure.

I moved at the end of September in to my new home. Aaron, Chris and Jessie came from fireman movers and they did an amazing job! The boys were efficient, professional and made the day a positive experience,( not to mention they were easy on the eyes.) Janet in the office was great at providing an accurate quote and outlining the process of what would happen that day.
This company was above and beyond my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone in need of movers. (I had my aunt use them this past weekend for her move.)
