Glen provided prompt and friendly service. He diagnosed the problem with our washing machine within 30 seconds of seeing our machine. The repair to our 18 year old appliance was a fraction of the cost of replacing it with a new machine.

After 4 verbal quotes we choose Glen Campbell with Action because he took time on the phone to explain in detail his assumed cause of my refrigerator problem and his labour rates which were considerably lower than the other bidders. He came the next day fixed our problem in just over an hour again and showing us the minor problem and the repair kit for the leaking fridge. I called and described my problem (dishwasher not draining), and they arranged to come out the next day. I was given a 2 hour window for the repairman to show up. He was here on time and he worked very quickly. He was polite, and responsive and I was able to pay with a debit card. Very affordable and no surprises as they post their rates on their website.
