M&R distinguished themselves by offering amazing customer service. They demonstrated their knowledge of the trade, clearly documented what the problem was and how they intended to fix it, and accommodated for my payment schedule.
The job was done in time and within budget, except for a minor unexpected detail but they took care of it in a professional way. Our roof is now completely sealed and the house feels a lot better with the added insulation.
